By day, I am a Flash animator for marketing and technology company Sundog, a career that continues to enhance my talents and knowledge in all categories. But I also enjoy the challenges that I give myself through freelance projects in illustration and photography. This year has presented a number of opportunities in wedding and family photography as well as shooting on location. Several updates have been made in the Wedding and Portrait sections.

Photography

My Nikon D40 and I have a variety of experience with pets, people and objects. I'm available for weddings, senior and family portraits, and other special events. I prefer to shoot in the natural outdoors, and Fargo has plenty of great backdrops. From run-down alleys downtown to the bank of the Red River, there's something for everyone. I also include special effects and touch-ups with my photo packages.

Illustration

I use a combination of hand-drawn lines and digital paint to achieve the look of my illustrations. My illustrations have been used as special occasion cards, paintings for children's rooms, portraits, and other gifts. I can create a custom portrait of a loved one, human or animal, from a few photos or a memory. And hey, since it's an illustration, you can always request a dash of fantasy.
